Telesales Executive

Experience: With minimum 1 year of UAE telesales experience in the same field

Core Skills: With excellent communication skills

Knowledge: With strong understanding of personal finance principles, practices, and laws

Well Versed: Sales result driven, enthusiastic, attention to detail and dependable

Language Skills: Arabic speaking is a plus

Salary Range: 3000 – 4000 AED per month

Job Role:

Develop and execute a sales strategy for personal loans & cards that meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets.

Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential loan customers through Phone calls, cold-calling, networking, and other sales activities.

Conduct sales presentations and meetings with customers to understand their needs and recommend banking products that best meet those needs.

Communicate credit cards & Personal loan features and benefits clearly and effectively to customers, and answer any questions they may have.

Work closely with the application processing team to ensure a smooth and efficient application and approval process for customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with other sales executives and support staff to achieve team goals and improve overall sales performance.
