Walk In Interview for Leading Banks in Dubai

We are urgently looking for a skilled Tele Sales Executive with expertise in personal loans & credit cards to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the banking products available in the UAE market.

Telesales Agent

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a sales strategy for personal loans & cards that meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets.

2. Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential loan customers through Phone calls, cold-calling, networking, and other sales activities.

3. Conduct sales presentations and meetings with customers to understand their needs and recommend banking products that best meet those needs.

4. Communicate credit cards & Personal loan features and benefits clearly and effectively to customers, and answer any questions they may have.

5. Work closely with application processing team to ensure a smooth and efficient application and approval process for customers

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions.

7. Collaborate with other sales executives and support staff to achieve team goals and improve overall sales performance.

Qualification

1. Any Graduate

2. Minimum 1 year proven banking experience in Tele sales in UAE (Arabic-speaking is a bonus)

3. Strong understanding of personal finance principles, practices, and laws

4. Ability to analyze financial statements and credit reports to determine creditworthiness

5. Results driven, enthusiastic, attention to detail and dependable.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate clients on banking products
