Well Versed: Thorough understanding of loan processing procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Candidate’s Availability: Inside UAE

Salary Range: 4000 – 6000 AED per month

Job Role:

Lead and manage a team of loan specialists, providing mentorship and guiding to achieve team goals.

Ensure that all loan applications are processed in a timely and accurate manner, following established procedures and regulations.

Review and approve loan applications, ensuring they meet required standards and guidelines.

Provide guidance and support to team members, assisting with complex loan applications and resolving any issues that arise.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Monitor loan processing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
