Experience: With proven experience as a Telesales Representative

Core Skills: With good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

Well Versed: With a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone call

Knowledge: With relevant computer programs (e.g, CRM software and telephone systems)

Language Skills: Fluency in English (written & verbal)

Age Limit: 24-35 years old

Salary: 3000 AED per month

Job Role:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

Answer questions about products or the company.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Enter and update customer information in the database.

Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Ensure productivity is maintained by meeting call and revenue targets.

Interview Date: 7th Mar – 10th Mar 2023

Interview Timing: 12:00 PM – 03:00 PM
