Experience: With 3 years of experience in Piping Welding (manual TIG welding experience is an added advantage)
Salary: 1600 AED per month

Job Role:
Ensure that the welding equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
He should be flexible depends upon job requirement, and eager to learn new welding process for future development.
He should be able to meet set production targets (KPI) with weld rejection below 1% and produce quality products consistently.
Should possess sound knowledge of SAW/GMAW welding processes, and Manual welding process like Tig/SMAW.
He should be able to weld materials as mentioned below.
Alloy steels (P5/P9/P11/P22/P91), Stainless Steel (304/321/316) Carbon Steel & Low temp. Carbon steel
Should possess knowledge of welding consumables & handling of welding consumables with relation to above steel grade.
He should be able to operate welding machine and understand requirement of machine.
He should be able to understand Welding procedure requirements/ Project requirements.
He should possess knowledge of welding defects and their causes.
Maintain disc grinder and perform all cleaning and grinding of metals before / in process & after welding.
He should be able to keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment within his work area.
He should be willing to take safety as a core value and participate to maintain and promote workplace safety procedure.
