Job Role:
Encourage Booties to live the Boost vision and maintains the Boost culture by leading by example.
Ensuring that EVERY customer receives the Boost experience.
Making sure that you and your team are following the 3 Steps of Service as seen on BEN.
Responsible for ensuring the Boost Recovery Strategy is used when necessary.
Actively monitor line times and wait times to achieve the Boost Basics.
Make sure you are communicating daily targets to motivate and inspire Booties.
Make sure you are managing the store’s labor closely and communicating with your manager during busy and quiet periods.
Ensure SLAM and Call to Action initiatives are actioned and supported.
Ensure the Visual Merchandising of the store is to the VM guide standard.
Assist the Business Manager in the implementation of short, medium- and long-term store goals, outcomes, and action plans.
Ensure the team is supporting any National promotions effectively.
Ensure team members maintain an outstanding appearance as per the Personal Presentation OPG.
Train team members and ensure they perform all tasks & procedures as per the OPGs, Operations Manual & approved checklists.
Assist overall stock management in the store; including stock ordering and monthly stock takes.
Assist in the management and maintenance of all store equipment including the proper management of the
Planned Maintenance Program.
Minimize product wastage at all times.
Assess team members against Standard Operating Procedures, BEN training, and completing team Sign offs.
Manage labor costs by adjusting roster hours where necessary & allocate break times outside of peak periods.
Assist in hiring and retention of all Store Team Members.
Ensure all labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity, and sexual harassment policies are adhered to.
Follow up on in-store Team incentive activities to encourage improved performance and attend all store and company meetings.
Help identify Team Members for advancement.
Members, customers, and non-employees in the area.
Responsible for ensuring all security policies and procedures are followed.
Ensure Food Safety is actively monitored.
Notify the BM or CRM of any equipment failures and problems immediately.
Ensure that Boost cash control policies are adhered to at all times.
Assist with the management, maintenance, and accuracy of all administrative functions and reports in the store as well as submission to the Support Centre.
To provide feedback to the Area Leader, State Operations Manager, or Support Centre as requested.
Perform other duties (within skill and training) as assigned by Assistant Manager, Business Manager, and Company Retail Manager.
