1) SME LOAN EXPERTS :-

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum 2 years of experience in SME business banking is preferred
* Good knowledge of SME segment
** Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or related experience

2) RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS :-

* Good communication and selling skills
* Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience of banking related products
* Must be target oriented and self-initiators
* Qualifications- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree
