Reservation Executive

Job Requirements:

Ticketing: minimum 2 years (required)

Travel package booking: minimum 2 years (required)

Sightseeing booking: minimum 2 years (required)

Customer-service experience.

Prior experience as a Reservation Executive is a MUST.

Outbound Travel / Holiday Consultant: 1-2 years (Required)

• Knowledge of preparing Holiday packages

Global Visa experience (plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills is must.

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft office suite.

Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends and destinations to provide accurate and valuable information to clients.

Booking Management: Handle flight and hotel reservations, ensuring all details are accurate and well- organized.

English/Tagalog/Hindi Speaker.

Flexibility, Adaptability, Convincing Skills are required.

• Immediate Joiner - Visit Visa Holder Preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.

• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.

Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers' desired travel dates.

Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.

Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.

• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Ticketing Agent who has experience with the Galileo Amadeus Sabre program.
