Telesales Executives

Work Location: Dubai

Salary Range: 2000 – 5000 AED per month

Job Requirements:

Open to all Nationality.

Fluent Speaking and understanding of English is mandatory.

Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in tele sales, Customer service or Marketing.

A sales-focused, professional and positive attitude.

Fluent in speaking English clearly.

Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Able to make numerous calls and follow-up calls.

Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Team player, must be capable to work as per company policies and decisions.

Good time-management skills and eager to succeed.

Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Good negotiation and a quick learner.

Must be elegant and well-mannered and have a good character.

professional kind and polite to everyone.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft office and computer.

Job Role:

Responsible to make a lot of calls daily.

Ability to handle pressure form client and rejected call.

Responsible for achieving monthly targets.

Should convince client on the phone and gain their trust.

Positively driven, good communication with customers, who can build good customer base, can acquire & manage customer contracts.

To generate revenue growth through cold calling/ outbound calls & bring in new client.

Offer:

Basic Salary – AED 2000 – AED 5000 plus incentives (Depending on Experience and Communication Skills)
