Job Requirements:
Diploma or relevant certification in Electronics or a related field.
Proven experience as a Service Technician in the electronics industry.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing electronic products.
Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Job Role:
Inspect and diagnose technical issues in electronic products.
Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and service activities.
Provide technical support to customers and answer their queries.
Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and efficiency.
