Immigration Processing Officer

Availability: Should be able to join immediately Salary Range: 4500 - 6000 AED per month Job Role:

• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

• High level of product knowledge in the relevant and

works experienced fields.

• Ability to co-ordinate in a seamless way, internally as well as externally for business closures.

• Must knowledge of current laws and documentation for

countries like Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries. • Responding the clients asap for their queries.

• Case managers work closely with processing department, handling the administrative tasks that go along with securing visas, study permits, and other important documents.

• Reviewing all documents to ensure they are accurate and meet government requirements.

Ensuring that deadlines are met, tracking the status of

each application and keeping clients updated.

? Desired Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in Overseas

Education/Immigration/Sales, Recruitment or Counseling.

• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with computers and the internet.

• Team skills and strong relationship building skills.

? Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
