Telesales Executive – Female

Working Hours: 48 hours a week

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary Range: 2000 – 2500 AED per month + Incentives

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Nationality Preferred but not mandatory: UK-based (Native English Speakers).

2+ years of proven experience selling B2B solutions.

Strong ability in relationship building and establishing communication lines with key individuals and maintaining customer trust.

Proven ability to establish excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Loyal towards the company’s objectives and can maturely handle unexpected situations.

Job Role:

Ensure customers are provided with timely responses to their inquiries and requests for information.

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential customers.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.

Establish and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and services.

Provide appropriate feedback to others regarding any inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

Ensure regular contact with the Sales Director and establish and maintain relationships with other management team departments (such as marketing and customer service).

Maintain professionalism with clients at all times. Continue to build customer relationships and stay abreast of customer preferences and needs. Understand customers’ concerns, complaints, and problems, and respond accordingly.

Seek training as needed to advance job position. Perform other related duties as assigned.
