Recovery Officer & Customer Support

Availability: Should be available to join immediately

Salary Range: 2500 – 3000 AED per month

Job Requirements:

Required only Female Candidates.

Must speak English & Hindi.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Outstanding verbal communication.

Capacity to support worried clients.

Strict observance of all applicable deadlines.

Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.

Attractive salary plus incentive.

Must have at least 2 years of experience in Sales /telesales/customer support.

Recovery Officer Responsibilities:

Keep tracking outstanding debts.

Plan a course of action to recover owed money.

Update account status and database regularly.

Handle customers’ questions or complaints.

Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.

Build trust with debtors.

Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:

Candidate should have prior customer relation experience.
