Further Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of Proven experience as a telemarketer in a real estate Company In Dubai .

Good telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation Skills.

Well-presented and a good work ethic.

Familiar with MS Office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.

Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.

Cold Calling property owners to avail updated listings for sales and leasing.

Assist sales team And Leasing ( real estate agents )in capturing new business.

Sourcing and collaborating with other agencies/property management companies to receive regular listings of properties and advertising them through our portals.

Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

What we provide:

Salary Up to 5000 AED per month

Commission on every Successful Closed Deal
