Baazex Financial Consultancy LLC is looking for professional and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
• Respond to customers in a professional, polite, and calm manner
• Assist customers with account-related queries and general support
• Guide customers clearly and ensure their concerns are properly addressed
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, patient, and calm personality
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Good computer and email-handling knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Male and female candidates can apply
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
