AL Menhaz Coffee Supplies is looking for a motivated, energetic, and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join our growing team.

Candidates with experience in a trading or distribution company will be given preference.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound shipments from suppliers, outbound customer orders, branch replenishment, and leading the warehouse team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.

* Manage inventory accuracy, stock receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

* Oversee inbound supplier shipments and ensure proper receiving and inspection.

* Supervise outbound online orders and customer deliveries.

* Coordinate stock replenishment for company branches.

* Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

* Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.

* Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.

* Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

* Prepare inventory, warehouse, and operational performance reports.

* Monitor KPIs and continuously improve warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.

* Experience in a trading or distribution company is highly preferred.

* Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and stock control.

* Experience using ERP/WMS or inventory management systems.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

* Male candidate preferred.

* Age between 25–35 years.

* Fluent in English.
