We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can join our team in Dubai and with a hands-on experience in an Offset Printing Press environment. The ideal candidate should have strong design creativity combined with solid technical knowledge of prepress, print production, and color management to ensure high-quality printed outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare artwork for offset printing (brochures, catalogs, packaging, flyers, books, stationery)
• Create print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, trim, color separation)
• Perform prepress checks and ensure artwork accuracy
• Coordinate with press operators and production teams
• Modify and adapt client-supplied artwork to meet press and production specifications
• Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines and client expectations
• Support clients with design recommendations suitable for offset printing
• Conduct color correction and proofing to achieve optimal print quality
• Manage multiple Jobs while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an Offset Printing Press
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.)
• Strong understanding of printing processes, paper types, inks, plates, and finishing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent print jobs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
