Key Responsibilities
? Develop and leverage personal networks, broker relationships, and referral channels to generate qualified sales opportunities.
? Identify, engage, and acquire new clients interested in residential real estate investments.
? Conduct property presentations, project walkthroughs, and investment consultations for prospective buyers.
? Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions based on their investment goals and preferences.
? Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, reservation, and closing.
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
? Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall project sales objectives.
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and transactions within the CRM system.
? Stay informed on market trends, competitor developments, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities within the UAE real estate sector.
? Ensure compliance with all company policies, sales procedures, and applicable UAE real estate regulations.
? Attend sales events, networking functions, property launches, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
? Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the purchase process to ensure a positive customer experience and encourage referrals.
Qualifications & Experience
-Proven experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, banking, mortgage sales, wealth management, or a related sales-driven industry.
-Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.
-Existing client portfolio, broker network, investor relationships, or strong business development capabilities preferred.
-Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including key communities, market trends, investment drivers, off-plan and secondary market dynamics, buyer profiles, and current regulatory requirements.
-Ability to confidently advise clients on market opportunities, investment strategies, payment plans, expected returns, and property acquisition processes within the UAE.
-Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
-UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
-Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for real estate are encouraged to apply.
